The Club
MUMC revolves around the doings of its members, but none more so than the Club Committee. They make most of, if not all, the decisions that direct the future of the Club as an organisation.
Throughout the year, the Club Committee will hold meetings to discuss various topics of Club government. Food is provided at particularly daunting meetings. Committee meetings are generally open to all Club members, so you are allowed to come along and sit in on the discussion.
Committee Meetings
Generic Committee meetings are held at intermittent intervals during the year and various topics of club operation are discussed. Club members are welcome to attend; these meetings are usually held at about 6pm at the Clubrooms on a Tuesday and last about an hour.
Annual General Meeting
Of greatest importance is the annual general meeting, generally held in August. The AGM is essentially an enormous Committee meeting, with the added bonus of projectile lollies.
At the AGM, new Committees are elected.
