The president is the public face of the club, and overseas the overall direction and progress of the club.

Responsibilities

Although the role is (intentionally) largely undefined, there are a few specific requirements of the president:

• chair committee meetings
• ensure that other committee members fulfill their responsibilities
• provide direction to the committee and the club
