Posting Trips

Here you can post your own trips for people to sign up for via the website. Because we want to make sure we know what you've got planned, please fill in the forms as completely as possible. Once you submit your adventure, the convenor for your sport will check that it is appropriate, and make it visible on the website.

Requirements

Before you create a trip, you should be familiar with the Club's Official Activities Policy. If your trip does not meet this policy, among other concerns, you and the other participants may not be covered under the Club's liability insurance.

Why post your trip online?

The club website provides a complete electronic trip management system. Members can sign up for your adventure via the website. You will be able to email all of the participants on your trip easily.

More importantly, the information will be used by the club should the trip not return as planned, so please make sure it is as accurate as possible before you leave. Everyone actually going away should be listed. Advertising your trip on the website also ensures you will be covered by our insurance.

Finally, we can use the statistics from all the trips going away in funding requests from the university, and for our required reporting. And, our website is also the club's public face, so posting your trip helps others to get a better idea of what the club is about.
