This is a reminder about this years Midnight Ascent, the annual MUMC formal dinner up at our hut on Mt Feathertop. The theme for this year is "Underbelly", so you can come as your favourite local gangster, underworld sidekick or even as a corrupt cop! There are more details up on the web at

The trip will happen on the 15th to 17th of August and the meeting will be at 7.15pm on the 12th of August at the MUMC clubrooms. Because this is a winter bushwalking trip during the night you must have been on at least 1 overnight bushwalk with the club or have comparable experience and have spoken to Sam about it.
