Description

An old favourite of mine, ascent of Mt Bogong via the Staircase Spur. A challenging walk, a little easier than the NorthWest spur of Mt Feathertop. Bogong is the highest peak in Victoria.

Our goal will be to hike out to the West Peak which has the best views of the area. Camping by the amazing stone hut at Cleve Cole, perhaps take in the nearby Howman falls if we make good time.

The date of this trip is negotiable. Have a chat to me if you are interested. Would prefer people have a bit of experience for this trip, though is open for "fit" beginners also. If in doubt have a chat to me.
