Easter Viking Circuit

I'm planning to walk the Viking Circuit in the Alpine NP at Easter. 

If you're wondering Howitt will be, picture yourself traversing a Crosscut Saw, being Buggered by yet another mountain summit, descending into a Horrible Gap to then ascending to where you will set up camp and Speculate on the decisions that brought you to this point. The next few days will see you Despair as you walk the Razor and towards the mighty Viking and along the Dry River track. There will be some scrub bashing, exposed rock scrambling, water is not guaranteed, and there is the potential to get lost.

This is a difficult 4 day walk so people need to be fit and have previously done several overnight hiking trips with the club (or have experience outside the club overnight hiking in remote areas), i.e. everyone will need to be independent on intermediate level hikes. If you are unsure if this is you, please speak to one of us. 

Distance is approx 40km but accumulated altitude gain is 2700m. That's like climbing up Bogong or Feathertop more than twice over the four days.
