Just finished reading, "Born to Run", or simply like the Springsteen album?
Join us for a day of trail running! Currently thinking an early start on Saturday morning, leaving the city for Kinglake National Park.
We can run the Mason Falls circuit (16km) which bypasses the 40m high waterfall and climbs to Mt Sugarloaf. Alternatively, there's a shorter (6km) circuit option which also passes the falls.
You'll need to be moderately fit (able to run at least 6km with some elevation gain) and have experience bushwalking. In saying this, it's always ok to stop and walk!
Trail running - the next best thing to flying, and a more efficient means of transportation in the wilderness than walking. See you out there!
