Arapiles Pre-alpine Skills Course

22/8/24 Edit: Trip will take place in the first weekend of November

This trip is intended for MUMC members who are enrolled in a mountaineering course in the coming few months. We will be covering alpine approaches to rock climbing, knots & rescue skills, and whatever else we can if people request it.

This trip will be held at Djuritte/Arapiles sometime in October/November, subject to how my assignments/studying is going, the dates currently posted are a placeholder.

Attendance requirement: Enrollment in a course with a mountain guide in the 2-3 months following this trip (see list of people who have an EOI on that trip page: https://www.mumc.org.au/trips/2959-new-zealand-summer-mountaineering-course) or experienced mountaineers wishing to refresh some skills ahead of the season/mentor new climbers.
