Paddling Season approaches and MUMC aims to take part! 

This is a joint venture between Monash, LaTrobe and MUMC to provide information in regards to Paddling both Whitewater and Sea/Flatwater. Hosted at the MUMC Clubrooms.

This session will be focused around the equipment that is used for paddling trips, in order to help people better understand what they will be using when on trips. It is designed to cover a range of experience levels, so will provide useful info for both people who have never been paddling before, and also those who are wanting to start upskilling to be able to help organising and leading trips. 

It will be focused in 5 main areas:

• Personal Paddling Equipment

• PPE

• Boats

• Boating gear

• Safety/rescue gear

Feel free to get in touch if you have any queries. There may be some ability to share parts via zoom, but it is best done in person so you can actually handle examples of various types of gear
