The highest peak in Victoria, Mt Bogong unsurprisingly also has the track(s) with the most elevation gain in 1400m of unrelenting up.
This trip splits the walk over 3 days with the first night walking into the night under headlamps, then a whole day up above the tree line (weather permitting). Snowshoes will be mandatory on this trip and can be hired from the club. Previous experience of multi day bushwalking required.
Transport costs are $60 per person in addition to any equipment hire.
