Sorry guys, I should have mentioned that the trip meeting is at 7PM tonight. I also need a car with a roofrack otherwise the trip will be cancelled.
Knowing how to roll yourself back up after being capsized is important in white water kayaking. It not only saves times but more importantly, it significantly reduces safety risk. Some kayaking trips later in the year will only open to those who are able to roll.
During the rolling session, we will be self-teaching and helping your partner but hopefully we can get people of various experiences so that we can make the most of it.
Everyone is welcomed but you must be able to swim.
Numbers are limited, depending on car and leader availability.
Trip meeting will be on the Tuesday night before.
