Canoe Polo Intervarsity Competition

Requirements: Able to have fun

The first of it’s kind in recent years, this friendly competition is guaranteed to be great fun and a great way to mix with the other Uni Outdoors Clubs.

How the Night will run:

Each University club (Melbourne, Monash and La Trobe) will put forward up to 2 teams of 5 players. Each team will play a minimum of 2 games, with a final taking place for the two top scoring teams – and a small prize for the winning team! The competition will be open for beginners and experts alike, and no experience is necessary. Whilst games are in play, the small pool will be available for people to learn/practice rolling.

We will be meeting at the clubrooms around 5:30pm (2nd July) and carpooling to Monash Uni pool (Clayton). If there is enough interest, we can head in early and grab dinner with the other clubs at a nearby bar (Notting Hotel). It would also be possible to meet us there if desired.

What you need to bring:

• $12 in cash to be paid at the start of the night
• Bathers and towel 
• A competitive attitude
• All other gear will be provided by Monash.
