"Sherpa" is showing as part of the MIFF (Melbourne International Film Festival).
Australian documentarian Jennifer Peedom tracks an expedition from the point of view of the Sherpas themselves - the people in the background with a quiet fortitude. Also gives an insight on the 2014 avalanche where 16 Sherpas died while escorting a group of mountaineers up Everest.
