Sunset Sessions on the Yarra

These sessions will be held all summer and you need to sign-up to the Sunset Yarra Session #1 / #2 / #3 etc when I put them up.

Hi all,

I'd like to put out a friendly invite to people who want to go on the Yarra during the week after work. 

I am working out East and would offer for people to do a lap on the Yarra in the evening. Condition is that it should be nice weather so we have long evening sunlight hours and you would either meet me at the put in with gear or you can train out to Ringwood and I pick you up and we all have organised gear beforehand.

I would like to have one more leader and would take up to two beginners. Making a total amount of four people for an evening trip. 

If you can organise for more leaders and cars, then we can make more, maximum of 8 though.

I will be doing those from November onwards as I am pretty busy at the moment. Otherwise I can always come and meet people at Dights for a session after work if that's easier.

Requirements:

Leaders - to be approved by the Paddling officer.
Beginners - able to swim - if you have not been paddling before or I haven't seen you demonstrate a wet exit you will have to demonstrate one before we paddle.

There's no guarantee what date this is happening!!! (not on a Tuesday obviously)..

PS: We will also collect any rubbish we find drifting on the river :)
