Rolling Progression - Advanced only

Hey all,

This rolling session is confirmed for the Sunday 1-3pm water time but it's only open to people that either already have a roll or that have participated in one of the intense kayaking rolling sessions (which are open to any level). The reason behind this is to enable those interested in rolling to progress and improve their roll and maybe learn another type of roll.

This session we will use videoing again - revisit the old videos we took in the past and improve. And also play around and maybe learn a hand roll? 

This is as much your rolling session to design as it is mine. It can even be just time at the pool to practice your own thing. (everyone chips in money for the pool hire... )
