Hey all,

Last year some OXOs went to the Snowy River Extreme Race together with some paddlers from the other uni clubs.

It's a long weekend (Friday is pre AFL day) and you should take Monday off too if possible. Drive up to the National Park Thursday night / Friday, paddle stuff along the way - think Swampy, Thredbo, or go skiing if still snow around. Then practice on Saturday and the race is on Sunday. There'll be an intermediate section (up to grade III) and an expert section (pro paddlers only :) ). 

Last year we just went there to watch which was actually good fun!
