Summer is here Let's go surf Kayaking!

Weekend surf trip to the beaches past torquay

Leaving friday afternoon (if we leave early enough we might be able to fit in a sunset surf on friday night).

Planning on camping at angahook state park just inland from aireys inlet (free camping) and driving to and from the beach on saturday/sunday

reliant on surf report being semi decent, but lots of beaches you can usually find a wave.

Kayakers should be able to roll, and know how to swim well

if your not a kayaker and still want come hang out at the beach for a weekend: you need to be able to swim well and read ocean currents.

the trip meeting will be on tuesday the 15th of December

what you need to bring:

camping stuff: tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag, dry clothes, food for the weekend

wetsuit, bathers, sunscreen, thermals

cost: $15 gear hire for the weekend, plus petrol
