Leaders: Caio S
Standard: Beginner
Meeting: No meeting

Location: Jamieson River, Skene, VIC. From Wrens flat to Granny's flat, along the Silverminer River and Bridle tracks. See map attached.

Participants (7): Caio, Ferdinand,  Hongyu, Gittan (?), Natalie, Yaoli and Mohamed.

Getting there (Caio, Ferdinand, Hongyu and Gittan):  Get to the clubrooms at 4pm on Friday, pack the cars and tag along for a ride with our cool kayaker friends. Stop for dinner on the way.

Getting there (Natalie, Yaoli, Mohamed, + Lingshu): Leave from Melbourne Saturday morning between 5 and 5:30 am. Talk to Nat to arrange the details.

Hike plan: Camp Friday night near Wrens flat. Wait for Natalie, Yaoli and Mohamed and start walking around 9:30 on Saturday. Walk along the Silverminer River track (4WD) until we get to the Bridle track (maybe involving some off-track walking). Follow the Bridle track to one of the campsites at the intersection with 4WD tracks (to be decided with kayakers before we start). On Sunday, walk the remainder of the way to the proximities of Granny's flat. This should lead to roughly 15km walks each day. Get back to Melbourne Sunday evening.
