Bogong High Plains Waterfall

there is a waterfall hidden away next to the Bogong High Plains, I have been there several times, it's great in the warm weather because you can go swimming (and jumping) in the pool below it.

plan:

leave on Friday night and walk in over the high Plains under starlight (and torches if required) from Pretty Valley Pondage.

Saturday check out the nearby Mt Jim and the Basalt temple, then come back for swimming in the afternoon.

Sunday walk out a different route.

Experience required:

have been on a bushwalking/hiking trip before. Physically and navigationally the walk is not too hard, but walking at night will be required.
