UPDATE:

For all those who attended the meeting on Tuesday please fill out THIS spreadsheet with contact details and the car you are in.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NNucyne3S1j0nHu8JUqylHrxF0bgj4W1PRjGZkQEWXs/edit?usp=sharing

It will make organisation easier.  If you have questions use the sheet to ask them or email me.  My email is already on the sheet.

For those who weren't at the meeting on Tuesday there is a some possibility of room on the trip but we'll see.  It will be advantageous if you have a car.  Either way feel free to add you name to the spread sheet if you are interested.  Sorry I don't know why the trip meeting was listed as Wednesday 730am!

NOTE: Due to the large numbers we might have to bring forward the trip start to 6am rather than 7am.  Destination is also dependent on weather.

Final updates on this once decisions have been made will be email out to everyone.  But for now please use the GoogleDoc link above to communicate with the group.

We have finally had some snow and it looks like we'll be getting more during this week.  So let's get out in it!

This trip is intended for any and all who are interested in getting on some skis and enjoying our snow.  If you've never been cross country skiing before and don't know what to do or what to wear that isn't a problem.  This trip is open to all and being just a day trip is suitable for those who just want to see what all this skiing business is about.

PLAN:
Leave early Sunday and drive up to Mount St Gwinear.  From current reports it has had better snow that other areas and has the added bonus of being free.  We should be back in Melbourne by early evening.

We will ski up Mount St Gwinear and beyond time permitting.  Group speed and conditions dependent.  Bonus points for bringing up the most exotic lunch up the mountain.
