Pool rolling session

Take a break from the cold rivers and join us indoors to do some rolling in a heated pool!

You need to be available from ~12:30-5pm on Tuesday the 20th of March

If you're looking to learn how to roll or just want some extra practice, come join us at Victoria University pool for a rolling session. 

Knowing how to roll yourself back up after being capsized is important in whitewater kayaking. It not only saves times but more importantly, it significantly reduces safety risk. Some kayaking trips later in the year will only open to those who are able to roll.

I will conduct a video session in the club rooms after so that we can see and improve upon our rolls.
