Polo training run by VCP. $5 entry. Location is Essendon Canoe Club from 10am-12pm.

Bring:

-shoes that you won't mind getting wet with no/tiny heels

-polypropylene/synthetic clothing, NOT cotton (you will get wet)

-sunscreen

-water/snacks
