Hi Everyone!
Winter is on it's way! Get excited!
Will be running an intro/refresher on using avalanche transceivers out in the field. I'll cover all the basic steps in search (Immediate, Signal and Coarse Search), aswell as good procedures when travelling in avalanche terrain.
This is primarily aimed at skiers that have a good grasp of alpine travel, however since this will be run in the park - anyone that is interested is welcome to come along!
