The annual Intervarsity Mitchell River trip is soon approaching!
For the past 30 years* Monash, Melbourne and La Trobe (with the occasional tag along) have spent a social weekend in the middle of September in Gippsland on the white water mecca aka the Mitchell River. The weekend is spent rafting, kayaking, pirating with various kinds of boat race.
This trip caters for all skill levels, the only requirement for rafters is to be a competent swimmer. It is a very fun weekend and you should all come along!
Sign ups will open closer to the date. At which point, separate trips will be made for kayakers and rafters.
