Here we have the option of doing a 5 or 9km run. We can split up into groups if the interest is there. I'm taking this as an opportunity to get a bit of a crew together of people who are interested in getting into trail running. I'd say being a runner is a prerequisite for the trip but experience on trails isn't necessarily vital. Just expect to be a bit more puffed then normal!
