Hey everyone,

we are keen to get out to belgrave and hopefully see the lyrebirds in the morning (earliness of the trip justified by bird activity times). BYO binos and its a really nice walk even if you dont have binoculars or aren't interested in birds (i think its roughly 10km circuit starting right next to belgrave station, easily accessible by PTV). The walk is mostly pretty easy and the best thing about bird watching is that you can stop whenever you get tired to "look at the birds". We will most likely go to the pub in belgrave after the walk and enjoy a zucchini parma :))

Long pants reccommended and sturdy shoes (last time i went i wore shorts and had no insect repellent and i regretted my life choices), also water, hat, sunscreen, a snack and all that good stuff :)
