Maribyrnong sunset paddle

Hi all, 

Come join us for a leisurely sunset paddle down the Maribyrnong! 

We'll meet at Essendon Canoe club at 3.30 pm, you will be fitted with your gear and we'll cover the basics to get you started on the river. We will then have a fun, cruisy 6 km return paddle towards the city while we watch the sunset. This trip is open to all levels, even if you've never sat in a kayak before and we will cover the basics and get you comfortable with paddling a kayak (these will be canoe polo boats).

We aim to be off the water by around 7 pm. Optional social dinner afterwards before going home. Bring snacks, water and weather-appropriate clothing.

Cost: to be confirmed - likely in the order of $15-20
