VYPA cup

The Victorian Youth Polo Academy (VYPA) will be hosting the inaugural VYPA Cup on the 10th and 11th of July 2021 at the Edgewater Lake Canoe Polo Field following the National Development Camp. The VYPA cup will be a championship event open to all youth, U21 and University students from around Australia. This is intended to be a great competition aimed at developing the next generation of Canoe Polo athletes from around Australia. The tournament will aim to offer age categories of U16, U18 and a combined category of U21/University teams if enough entries are received. All team entries are welcome, whether they are recognised state teams, club-based teams, ad- hoc teams, or international teams.

The Edgewater Lake Canoe Polo Field is Victoria's first permanent canoe polo field, located on the Maribyrnong in the heart of Melbourne's inner-west. The field also boasts a cafe and creperie adjacent to the field for amazing spectator viewing.

Cost: $150 per team (team entry)
