The Victorian Youth Polo Academy (VYPA) is hosting a Women's Canoe Polo Month in September 2021 to offer participation opportunities for women to come and try the sport. The club is partnering with MUMC to offer a number of "come and try" sessions for its members on the 2nd and 16th of September at the Victorian University pool at their Footscray Campus.
The session is open to all female members of the club, regardless of skill level. The session will run through the basics of kayaking and canoe polo before getting into a number of fun games and activities in the warm swimming pool. All gear will be provided, all you need to bring are bathers and a towel.
Cost - $20pp (includes all gear), session fee must be paid in advance to book your spot.
(Final participant number will depend on current covid restrictions at the time -TBC)
