MUMC Hut Brewing Trip

I'm planning a trip up to the MUMC hut to keg the beer that is brewing for Midnight Ascent on the weekend of the 28th/29th.

The plan to walk the Northern Razorback, across Mt Feathertop and down to the hut. The Northern Razorback is the route originally used for the carrying in building materials for the hut. However if the weather is bad or there is already a sizeable amount of snow, we will walk up the North-West Spur instead.

We will drive up from Melbourne on Friday night, stopping to get dinner on the way and camping at Mountain Creek. Saturday morning we will ascent and stay at the hut. Sunday we will return back to Melbourne, arriving late evening.

Be prepaired for the chance of snow and cold temperatures. It will probably be around 0 degrees while we are at the hut.
