As you may have noticed - its raining outside which means there is potential for some paddling this weekend!!! Woooooooo

Unless an amazing river comes up, the plan is to head down towards Torquay and have a play in the surf. There is potential for daytrips, or camping out somewhere. All completely dependent on how many people want to come and what skill level they have.

The surf for Saturday is forecast to be 6ft swells with wind, and Sunday should have cleaner 4ft waves. So you will definitely need to be confident. Preferably you have paddled before, if not you are someone who is quite confident in their abilities and is willing to get dumped and beaten around a bit. If you can roll that is a massive plus, otherwise you can (and most certainly will) be tipped out of your boat and you will need to swim for shore.

If you are an intermediate paddler you are more than welcome on this trip, if you are a beginner then you must email me and plead your case as to why you should come - we only have a limited number of spaces for beginners due to a limited number of leaders.

Tell me:
-Which days you are wanting to paddle
-You skill level
-Mobile number
- If you are keen to camp out overnight (if theres a decent group wanting to stay out all weekend we could head down the great ocean road towards Lorne and spend the night there, paddling on Sunday and maybe doing a short walk or two as well.)
