Standard: Everyone welcome
Meeting: No meeting

For those of you who don’t know what canoe polo is like, don't worry. It is this weird but fun game in which you are in Kayaks and play a game similar to water polo. You can watch this short video to give you an idea of the game (https://youtu.be/2jtfXgYRsxk).

We will be running training sessions together with VYPA, including skill development, game scenario, and social games. There will be three sessions each week until Dec 7th; you are welcome to attend as many as you want.

Tuesdays: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Fairfield Canoe Club (bit more intermediate)

Wednesdays: 6:00 to 7:30 pm at Edgewater Canoe Polo field (All levels)

Saturdays: 10:00 am to 12:30 pm at Edgewater Canoe Polo field (All levels). Some Saturdays would be on Fairfield to make it accessible to people living on the other side of the city.

You can either sign up for the entire 10 weeks (close to 30 sessions) and pay 80$ which will cover your indemnity insurance, gear hire, and coaching costs for the duration of the season meaning you won't have to pay anything on the day. With up to 30 sessions available to attend, single event cost is as low as $2.67 per session, inclusive of gear hire.

You can also attend individual sessions. The cost of one-off attendance for a session is $10/15 ($10 event insurance fee + $5 optional gear hire) which is payable on the day via EFT or Card.

You will need to sign up on the MUMC trip page, and also on the Paddle Aus event if you are attending the entire season. You can signup for a free Paddle Aus account while registering.
