Throwbagging practice session - great for people who haven't done any for a while to brush up on their skills before heading into the peak of the whitewater season.
For those who don't know what throwbagging is, it is one of the most basic rescue techniques used in whitewater paddling, so it is really important to be able to perform reliably at no notice.
The plan is to meet up at the clubrooms and head to one of the nearby parks at 7:30.
You will need to attend at least one of these sessions, or have equivalent knowledge prior to the whitewater leader starter course.
This session is open to anyone from any of the uni clubs who do paddling.
