Great Ocean Walk overnighter

For anyone wanting to try out multi day hiking for the first time, this is the trip for you!

The Great Ocean Walk is a stunning trail in the Otway National Park which goes along isolated beaches and through towering mountain ash forests. 

I'm trying to slowly tick off the entire trail and I haven't done the first two days, so that's the plan for this hike. This is the itinerary:

Day 1: Apollo Bay to Elliot Ridge, 10km

• Camp at Elliot Ridge campsite

Day 2: Elliot Ridge to Blanket Bay, 12km

I'll be driving one car but we will need one more car so we can do a car shuffle.

Expected trip cost: $30 (for petrol there and back)
