Join me in a training session in the MUMC wall before the Tuesday club meeting and do some endurance laps or some fingerboard/pull-up exercises. You can do your own thing or join me in my plan, my endurance is bad so I am slowly working on it again this year.

In order to have space for everyone please signup so we keep the session to around 6 people max.

Rough idea of the training plan of the day:

  • Warm up (20-30mins)
  • Weighted pull-ups (15mins)
  • 1min on / 2mins off the wall for 10-15 sets (45mins). 

Train, send, repeat :)
