Spring planting weekends with the Regent Honeyeater have been taking place in Benalla for over 20 years. Over this time the project has restored large swathes of vegetation for the endangered Regent Honeyeater and other native critters such as gliders, phascogales and antechinuses.
Come along for a planting weekend and you'll learn about the ecology of the landscape, contribute to this important project and meet lots of interesting people over the picnic lunches and evening bushdance!
Accomodation is provided in the local scout hall! BYO gardening gloves and clothes for rain, hail or shine.
