Mt Loch exploring

We will be heading out Friday arvo/evening over to Mt Hotham. Setting up base camp at JB plain, we will then do 2 day trips (Sat and Sun) over to Mt Loch to explore the Hotham backcountry! Heading back to Melbourne Sunday evening.

Currently we are only planning on taking one car (so 3 other people) but would be open to having up to 5 participants.

To come on this trip you will need to be a confident skiier/boarder (able to confidently navigate a black run in a resort) and have snow camping experience

The club has ample gear to hire including skiis, however if you are a snowboarder you will need to BYO splitboard. Expected cost is fuel + ~$65 per day for parking
