Blue Mountains Mid-Semester Climbing

The infamous Mid-Semester Climbing Trip is nearly here but this semester we have a twist! TWO LOCATIONS?!?! Yes, that's right! With such large interest in both a Western Victoria trip and a Blue Mountains trip we've decided to do both. You can see the Western Victoria trip here.

From Bells Super Crag to Mount Piddington, we're going to be hitting up all of the best spots in New South Wales' most popular climbing location!

The Bluies is best suited for sport climbing, luckily sport climbing is relatively accessible for a novice climber. To attend this trip participants must be at least a Sport Independent Lead Climber in our framework. This means having a lead pass from a gym and having attended a cleaning sport anchors night (there will be some leading up to this trip). If you’re unsure of where you stand in the framework, or have previous outdoor climbing experience, send your logbook or any questions to our Ropes Officer, Riley, at .

Expect to camp, so make sure to bring tents, sleeping bags, and cooking supplies for the week. If you need any extra gear you can hire it after our weekly Tuesday meetings.
