The Dandenong Ranges Circuit Hike is a 15.7km loop that explores the best of the Dandenong Ranges, featuring a stop at Olinda Falls, great views of the city, and a chance to explore a great park accessible by public transport.
No previous hiking experience is required; however, all participants will be expected to be prepared for rain (the hike will happen rain or shine) and be fit enough to walk just over 15 km with roughly 800 meters in elevation gain.
We will be leaving from the MUMC club rooms at around 8:30 on Friday morning. We will take the tram into the city, then the train, and finally the bus to the trailhead. We expect to return sometime in the afternoon.
