Lake Eildon is one of the best places to try out touring kayaking, and learn the basics of it which is necessary before being able to do other trips in more challenging locations.

We'll be doing an overnight trip on Lake Eildon, driving up on Saturday morning and kayaking to our campsite for the night, and doing the reverse on Sunday. This will require us to carry all our gear in the kayaks, so pack lightly. We will see how the group goes, and cover anywhere from 8-20km each day.

Participant pre-requisities:

- completed an intro to kayaking session

- preferably have previous experience paddling in a sea kayak
