Throwbagging practise session for whitewater leader training course.
Will be held from 7pm at one of the parks near the clubrooms.

- Methods of throwing
- Packing throwbags
- Coiling techniques
Only gear needed is a throwbag - some are available at the clubrooms, or else I will have spares
