Join us for a day of climbing and conservation at Camel’s Hump!
We’ll allow about 10 sport climbers (you need a gym lead climbing pass + you’ll need your anchor cleaning skills assessed at the MUMC Clubrooms) and 2 top-rope climbers (no experience needed).
The rough plan:
- Meet at MUMC Clubrooms at 7:30am. Leave at 7:45am and drive 1 hour to Camel’s Hump carpark at Mount Macedon.
- Climb at Camel’s Hump from ~9am to ~2pm.
- Drive to The Reservoir, swim, play on the rope swing, and pick up rubbish!
- Drive 1 hour back to Melbourne at about 6pm.
Priority will be given to people with a car who can drive others and those who haven’t been on an MUMC climbing trip before. :D
