Come along to the Club Rooms before the Tuesday meeting to hang out and get stuck into some knitting and/or crocheting! 

There is a significant body of evidence which shows that engaging in yarn craft improves cognitive function by lowering cortisol levels and reducing stress through repeated movement, and serves to promote mental health, fine motor control, and long term health outcomes. 

Also you get to make cool stuff for a fraction of the retail price, which is a mad flex.  

This is open to all, regardless of skill and ability. Bring along any projects that you have on the go, or else come along for the vibes and the opportunity to learn a great hobby. 

The Club Rooms has a kettle and a selection of teas, plus we will have some snacks available.

We will also have some surplus yarn and spare needles/hooks if you want to start something new, such as a helmet compatible beanie to wear on high country adventures as the wind gets cooler ;)
