Slower Bogong

Stargazing nestled against the highest peak in Victoria, assuming the weather is good. While the loop can be done as a massive day trip this plan splits the walk over 3 days with the first day taking in most of the uphill, then a whole day up above the tree line (weather permitting)

Snow typically covers more than the open alpine area shown on the map so snowshoes will be mandatory for each participant on this trip and can be hired from the club. Previous experience of multi day bushwalking required. More info to be released soon and trip with be weather dependent. 

Transport costs are likely to be $70 per person in addition to any equipment hire.
