Trip cancelled due to work committments taking me out of town for rest of the week.
We'll be doing a series of caves over the weekend all with different characters from the smooth curving walls of Oolite Cave to the pointy right angles of Razor cave or the maze which is Honeycomb Cave.
Typical Buchan trip
- Saturday: Wilson's, Honeycomb and Oolite Caves
- Sunday: Razor Cave
Accommodation: Camping at national parks campground in Buchan (cost is usually about $8-10 per person). Campground facilities includes showers.
Gear Hire: $20 if horizontal caving only, $30 if vertical gear used (harnesses etc)
Petrol Estimate: $30-40
