MUMC Annual General Meeting 2026

The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 16th September at 7pm at the MUMC Clubrooms.

All members are encouraged to join in!

You’ll get to hear from committee members about what has gone on in MUMC for 2025-26, hear some enthusiastic speeches from those going for roles, eat some pizza, and most importantly, get to vote in the 2026-27 MUMC Committee.

If you’ve enjoyed coming along to MUMC events and trips, and are keen to give back to the club, then go ahead and nominate yourself for a committee role! There’s roles for each of the sports, exec positions, and positions for welfare, publications and conservation!

You can nominate for committee by filling out the nomination form (on the documents page) and emailing it to . If you are applying to multiple roles, please note your order of preferences in your email. Applications close at midnight on 9th of September. You will need two current members to sign the form.
