Climbing - All Abilities Arapiles Weekend!

Requirements: A desire to have fun!

Sorry to those who have expressed interest and who are not yet on the trip.  If you haven't been along to a club meeting then I encourage you to come along as soon as possible.  At club meetings you can see how the club works and come for a beer at the pub afterwards.

This trip is an outdoor climbing trip to Mt Arapiles, Australia's premier climbing destination.  At this time of year the trip is very much weather dependent, but Arapiles has a habit of staying dry and sunny in all but the worse pressures systsems.  The size of the trip is still to be determined depending on the numbers of leader attending.

All abilities are welcome, although it is encouraged that you have had at least a couple session in a climbing gym beforehand.  (Almost every week there are some club members going to the gym, you just need to ask.)

Like most weekend climbing trips we'll be camping out.  It will be expected that you bring the required clothes, sleeping bag and other equipment for car camping.  Most items can be hired from the clubrooms.

We'll be leaving Melbourne Friday evening and returning Sunday evening. Further details during the trip meeting on the Tuesday prior.
