In a nutshell:
Open to anyone, even if you’ve never seen a boat. :) We will start off with some flatwater drills so you can get comfortable in your boat and learn the proper technique for basic strokes. After lunch, we will head down the Yarra (from Homestead Road to Wittons Reserve), with plenty of time to practice the things we will have taught you in the flatwater session.

Why should you join us?
If you’re keen to learn more control when manoeuvring your boat in moving water, this trip is for you. This trip is for active learners who want to master the basics.

Costs: Gear hire, fuel

Trip meeting: Please note this meeting will start at 7PM – I need to leave by 7.20pm, so please be on time.
