If you'd like to learn about the beautiful but threatened Matted Flax-Lily (Dianella amoena), this is your chance! This event is just a short train trip from Melbourne, so is very accessible if you feel like a couple of hours in the outdoors.
It's hosted by the Merri Creek Management Committee. You'll be helping Melbourne Polytechnic students with a planting activity to restore buffers around Matted Flax-Lily patches.
