Dave Pillekers & Ben Watts are running a beginner/intermediate coaching session tailored to those who can make it.
Training session is 2-4 at Essendon Canoe Club on the Maribyrnong River. Meet at the clubrooms 1.00pm to drive or meet us there (via tram/bus) at 1.50pm.
You will need to bring:
$10 cash (petrol + gear hire)
towel & dry change of clothes
sunscreen
thermal top**, boardshorts & bathers
river shoes** (small sneakers/wetsuit booties)
